Order

You can order our furniture on our website (Online), by email, by phone, in a conference using Microsoft Teams, or by visiting our showroom. Personalised products cannot be ordered online.

If you order online, select “Payment in cash upon receipt” or “Payment by card upon receipt” when placing your order.

The total price of the order does not include delivery.

Taxes

The price includes all taxes of the Russian Federation. For international deliveries, different tax rules may apply and you will need to take this into account.

Order confirmation

Upon receipt of your order (by any of the methods listed), we will send you a confirmation email containing all the details of your order, including the estimated date of availability. Please check that all details are correct, this is especially important when ordering a customized product.

Orders placed by you will not be considered as accepted until confirmed in writing by us.

Corrections to orders made verbally or by telephone must be confirmed by you in writing (e-mail is permissible), otherwise the company will not be liable for possible subsequent misunderstandings.

Time of availability

We manufacture all our products to order.

  • Maximum production time for a product from our collection 25 working days
  • Maximum time for production of modified products from our collection 30 working days
  • Maximum production time for custom designed products 45 working days

We will keep you informed of the production progress of your order by email.
